David is the Branch Treasurer. He is a former Mayor of Henley and represented Henley on both Oxfordshire County and South Oxfordshire District Councils. He is a former Chairman of Henley Branch and the Henley Constituency and is currently Chairman of Oxfordshire Conservatives. David is a chartered civil engineer. He champions alternative and sustainable uses in the way we live.
